PACK IT. MEASURE IT. SEND IT.

How to measure your parcel

Measure the outside of the fully packed, sealed box in centimetres (cm).

Box showing length, width and heightLength runs along the long front edge. Width runs from front to back. Height runs vertically from the base to the top.REVENDLengthWidthHeight

1. LengthThe longest side along the base.

2. WidthThe other side of the base, from front to back.

3. HeightFrom the bottom of the box to the highest point.

4. WeightWeigh the sealed parcel in kilograms (kg), including the box and packing material.

Measure the parcel, not just the item. Include any bulges or handles and round each measurement up to the next whole centimetre. Example: 39.2 cm becomes 40 cm.
